    2021 Vendor Application

    In addition to this application, the following documents must be filled out and submitted online:

    I have received (available above) and read the Wilmington Farmers Market Policies and agree to abide by them. It is the responsibility of the owner of the business to advise the employees of all rules and regulations, and expected behavior.  To the best of my knowledge all information presented in this application is accurate and truthful. Falsification of information may lead to revocation of being a vendor. Failure to complete any section and include necessary documentation via mail may lead to non-acceptance. Vendor status is non- transferable and may be revoked for violation of the market rules. By signing this application, you affirm that you are an authorized representative of applicant and that you and your company agree to adhere to all market rules and procedures.
    Each vendor must also email a copy of your Certificate of Liability Insurance with Wilmington Farmers Market as an Additional Insured to: wilmingtonfarmersmarket1@gmail.com.

Big Rich's Gourmet Hot Sauce
A weekly vendor with the sauce you will fall in love with.  With nine different flavors, it is the great on anything sauce. Use it for marinating or dipping, there is no doubt it is the perfect addition to your meal. Gluten free and fat free... what's not to love?​

Hippy Pilgrim
An occasional vendor with 10 flavors of fresh raw garlic salts, dipping oil seasoning, coffee rub, pure vanilla bean sugar and other gourmet spices! All of Susannah’s products are made by hand in small batches using the best of locally sourced produce and herbs whenever possible.

Samiras Homemade
An occasional vendor, Samira’s Homemade Food is a rapidly growing premium brand of all natural, authentic Lebanese spreads, including Baba Ganoush, Muhammara, and Labne with Zaitoun.

Polish Prince Pierogi
An occasional vendor serving handcrafted, gourmet pierogi made with owner Doug Drozdowski’s grandmother's 100-year-old secret dough recipe from Krakow, Poland.
Carolyn's Jean Bags®
An occasional vendor that transforms old jeans into beautiful bags that women can feel good about owning. Carolyn's bags keep old jeans out of the landfill. Her business started with a pile of old jeans from my husband and son, but now I receive jeans from many people who also believe in upcycling.

Elzire's Acre Goat Milk Soap
Hand made, Natural and organic goat milk soap from organically fed goats milk, using local ingredients as much as possible. Soy, Palm and coconut free. Essential oils for scent, 9 unscented recipes, over 60 different soap recipes. Wrapped in a biodegradable film.

Everything Alpaca NH
This occasional vendor sells  all Alpaca products: socks , insoles, gloves, finger-less gloves, hats, mittens, scarves, alpaca felted soap, alpaca dryer balls and more.

KC Styles
An occasional vendor selling Handmade jewelry, scarves, headbands, tutus and more.

Red Antler Apothecary
An occasional vendor featuring personally and handmade household and personal care products, ethically created.
