Become a Vendor
We are now welcoming vendors for the 2024 season! Please review the following requirements before applying to be a Vendor at the Wilmington Farmers Market:
- Vendors must be food-related, essential products such as sanitizer/cleaner-type products, and/or handmade artisan items.
- All vendors must carry a $2M aggregate insurance policy that covers $1M per occurrence and names "Wilmington Farmers Market Association" as an additional insured - no exceptions.
- Food vendors must have a Temporary Food Permit issued from the Town of Wilmington's Board of Health Department
- Vendors can opt to have the ability to accept pre-orders from customers either online or by phone/email in order to expedite the customer's shopping experience on site at the market.
- Vendors must be up to date on weekly payments by the Monday prior to the market they are participating in to be included in the weekly marketing post

Along with submitting the online application below, please also fill out and submit the Marketing Form and accepting/sign the 2024 Market Policies Form below. A link to the Board of Health Temporary Food Permit application is also located below for your convenience. It is the vendor's responsibility to submit this form to the Town for final approval.

Vendor Fees

- Vendors that pay for the full season (18 weeks) in advance by May 26 will pay a rate of $25 per week for a total of $450
- Vendors that pay for a partial season (9 to 18 weeks) in advance by May 26 will pay a rate of $30 per week
- Vendors that would like to pay week to week must do so online by the Monday prior to the Market your are attending to be included in our weekly marketing post, and no later than 48 hours prior to the Market opening and will pay a rate of $35 per week.
