SNAP Benefits and Matching Funds

Wilmington Farmers Market now accepts SNAP benefits (formerly food stamps) for a 3rd Season. We also offer matching funds every week in the form of Market Cash. To use your SNAP benefits and receive matching funds, please visit the Market Tent when you arrive to swipe your card and receive your Market Cash. 

Market cash can be spent at the following vendors:

• Knot Just Cakes (baked goods)
• Life Love Cheese (cheese and charcuterie)

The Wilmington Farmers Market has partnered with We're One Wilmington (WOW), the Wilmington Community Fund (Food Pantry), and the Wilmington Senior Center to help any community members in need to access fresh, local food from our vendors.

Please visit one of our partners listed below to receive a referral card, which is valid for $20 in fresh groceries 2x monthly during our Summer Season (June 8-October 5).
