We are happy to announce that this winter we will be partnering with the Wilmington Senior Center to bring a monthly indoor winter market to Wilmington, MA until the end of 2025!

Find the vendors you love, say hello to some new faces, and enjoy all the activities the farmers market has to offer, but now INDOORS!

Please review the following requirements before applying to be a Vendor at the Wilmington Farmers Market:

• Vendors must be food-related, essential products such as sanitizer/cleaner-type products, and/or handmade artisan items. 
• All vendors must carry a $2M aggregate insurance policy that covers $1M per occurrence and names "Wilmington Farmers Market Association" as an additional insured - no exceptions.
• Food vendors must have a Temporary Food Permit issued from the Town of Wilmington's Board of Health Department
• Vendors can opt to have the ability to accept pre-orders from customers either online or by phone/email in order to expedite the customer's shopping experience on site at the market.
• Vendors must pay a $35 vendor fee for each week they attend the winter market, or $90 fee for all 3 dates
  
• Vendors must be up to date on weekly payments by the Monday prior to the market they are participating in to be included in the weekly marketing post
