Become a Vendor

We are now welcoming vendors for the 2018 Season! To apply, please follow the following steps:

  1. Review and submit the 2018 Vendor Application below. Applications will be accepted until all spaces are filled. For questions about availability or attendance, please contact our Market Manager, Amanda: wilmingtonfarmersmarket1@gmail.com.  
  2. ​​After submitting your application, please click on the following buttons to complete and submit each form:

      3.  For everyone's benefit, please review the Stat of Massachusetts Farmers Market Guidelines and familiarize yourself with its contents:

       4.  Complete vendor payments online, using the convenient payment buttons below, which will bring you to PayPal. You can either pay with your                own PayPal account, or with a Debit/Credit Card.  Online payments are our preferred method of receiving your vendor fees. If you are unable to make a payment by credit or debit card, please mail a check to: 327 Burlington Avenue, Wilmington , MA 01887.  ​Payment options include:
                      - Full season vendors must pay half ($200) of their fees by May 1 and the second half ($200) of their fees by July 31.
                      - Full season vendors may pay in one lump sum by June 1 for a 10% discount​ ($360)
                      - Weekly vendors may pay online by Saturday evening prior to the market you are vending at, paying $25per week
                      - Weekly vendors may also pay for their whole season in advance for a 10% discount by selecting the $22.50 payment option below and entering the Quantity of weeks on the following screen.

    2018 Vendor Application

    In addition to this application, the following documents must be filled out and submitted online (see above):
    • 2018 Market Policies
    • Town of Wilmington Temporary Food Permit
    • Marketing Form
    • Vendor fees of $25 per week, see below for payment options
    Each vendor must also email a copy of your Certificate of Liability insurance to: wilmingtonfarmersmarket1@gmail.com.
    Vendor fees must be paid online before the Market each week, or in advance. See payment options below.
    I have received (available above) and read the Wilmington Farmers Market Policies and agree to abide by them. It is the responsibility of the owner of the business to advise the employees of all rules and regulations, and expected behavior.  To the best of my knowledge all information presented in this application is accurate and truthful. Falsification of information may lead to revocation of being a vendor. Failure to complete any section and include necessary documentation via mail may lead to non-acceptance. Vendor status is non- transferable and may be revoked for violation of the market rules. By signing this application, you affirm that you are an authorized representative of applicant and that you and your company agree to adhere to all market rules and procedures.
