Become a Vendor
We are now welcoming vendors for the 2021 season! Please review the following requirements before applying to be a Vendor at the Wilmington Farmers Market:
- Vendors must be food-related, essential products such as sanitizer/cleaner-type products, and/or artisan handmade items.
- Vendors must carry a $2M aggregate insurance policy that covers $1M per occurrence and names "Wilmington Farmers Market Association" as an additional insured.
- Food vendors must have a Temporary Food Permit issued from the Town of Wilmington's Board of Health Department
- Vendors can opt to have the ability to accept pre-orders from customers either online or by phone/email in order to expedite the customer's shopping experience on site at the market.
- Vendors must agree to adhere to COVID safety precautions including wearing a mask, utilizing gloves to handle food, and come prepared with supplies to sanitize their booth throughout operating hours.

Vendor Fees
Complete vendor payments online, using the convenient payment buttons below, which will bring you to PayPal. You can either pay with your own PayPal account, or with a Debit/Credit Card. Online payments are our preferred method of receiving your vendor fees. If you are unable to make a payment by credit or debit card, please mail a check to: 1 Magazine Street, Wilmington, MA 01887.

- Vendors that pay for the full season (16 weeks) in advance by June 12 will pay a rate of $20 per week for a total of $320.
- Vendors that pay for a partial season (8 to 15 weeks) in advance by June 12 will pay a rate of $25 per week
- Vendors that would like to pay week to week must do so online at least 24 hours prior to the Market opening and will pay a rate of $30 per week
