This week’s Wilmington Farmers Market vendor spotlight is on Pourman’s Coffee. Owned by Mike Doherty and Jim Cohoon, Pourmans coffee serves homemade nitro cold brews, hot pour-over coffees and baked goods at local farmers markets all summer long. Using Dean’s Beans fair-trade coffee beans, a local company based in Orange, MA, Pourmans cold nitro brew comes out of a high-pressure keg just like a Guinness!
The result is a creamy, smooth black coffee. Smooth and creamy without the cream? See for yourself.
After you watch this video, you won’t be able to resist hitting the market for your own cold brew!
I downed the black nitro brew without any sugar or cream added and I didn’t miss it one bit! It was sweet and tasty without without the extras, but if you like it with flavor, they have that too! You can also order tea or fresh squeezed lemonade along with a baked treat if coffee isn't your thing.
